Part strategist, part storyteller, & part air traffic controller, I’ve always liked being the person behind the scenes who gets the job done. I've been called “the guy in the chair” coordinating the mission while the superheroes are doing the real work of saving the world. I like to consider myself a wildcard resource: I figure things out, fill in the gaps, connect the dots, and get projects across the finish line.

I specialize in leading complex, fast-moving projects, often with a lot of ambiguity and very little time. I’ve built creative systems from scratch, managed high-volume workstreams, and partnered with teams across disciplines to deliver high quality work against tight timelines. In those kinds of environments, stress can run high, and I’m most proud of the work I do when my teams report feeling supported and at ease with their workloads. I care deeply about making people’s jobs easier, which I truly believe helps make people's lives better, too.

Outside of work, you can find me at the local ice rink, out on the water, wandering through Pacific Northwest wilderness, or in my backyard holding a concert for my pet parrot, Tiki, who happens to be my biggest fan. I’m happiest when I’m exploring or creating, whether that’s traveling somewhere new, discovering a new band at the local punk venue, or redesigning my living room. But, most of all, I’m someone who values connection and a sense of shared momentum.
