Video Production

At both Microsoft and Pulsiam, I have been responsible for managing the production of training and promotional videos. I am an expert at navigating strict deadlines to ensure video production occurs as scheduled.

Cross-team collaboration

SafetyNet Conference

I was responsible for planning Pulsiam’s annual user conference, including both event logistics and the conference’s training curriculum. This role involved extensive cross-team coordination, working with developers and support technicians to develop session content, training material, promotional material, and more.

Tradeshows

At Pulsiam, I was responsible for managing the company’s participation in trade shows. This role involved extensive event planning and cross-team coordination. I managed the development and maintenance of the trade show demonstration server, including organizing software and OS updates, hardware updates, and ensuring the server was demonstration-ready.

I was responsible for managing the tradeshow budget, including making big purchases such as purchasing trade show booths. I was also responsible for all marketing initiatives taking place at trade shows.

Proposals

I c0-managed the proposal response process at Pulsiam. In this role, I reviewed Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and participated in the decision to respond. I coordinated the company’s response, from developing a workback plan to developing the proposal document. I managed inputs from teams across the organization, identified gaps in the response, and was responsible for filling those gaps through the use of existing collateral or by working directly with subject matter experts to develop proposal content.
