Whether you’re landing a process change or announcing new software enhancements, video readiness helps viewers understand the change, why the change is necessary, and how it will affect their day-to-day activities. Click-by-click demonstration videos are essential tools for training end users to use software effectively. These videos can help land software enhancements, guide users through new or improved workflows, or point users to additional resources.

Explanation

Processes and procedures often cannot be captured with simple click-by-click videos. Explanation videos guide the viewer through the process, step-by-step, illustrating when the viewer must work with other roles or teams, and how the viewer can navigate difficult situations.

Promotional & Hype Videos

Sometimes landing change is about cultivating a sense of excitement in your community. Hype videos emphasize the value proposition of the change and let viewers know why the change is happening, when the change will happen, and how it will affect them.

Hype videos are designed to create excitement - from music to animation, these short videos are fast-paced, entertaining, and designed to be consumed quickly.
